TAMBA KUROMAME-SHIBORI [SANDA MINOYA]

It is SETSUBUN (節分) today on February 3!
As you know Japan has four seasons (spring, summer, fall and winter), and the day of ‘Setsubun’ is originally referred to a day before the start of each seasons.

It is not a national holiday, but we celebrate the festival on February 3 or 4.
We throw roasted soybeans with saying ‘Fortune in! Evils out!’ (This custom is called ‘Mamemaki.’) and eat the same number of roasted soybeans as your age.

Today, we would like to introduce a soybean’s sweet ‘TAMBA KUROMAME-SHIBORI.’
